Dear Friends & Colleagues,
I hope you and your loved ones are well and settled in for the long haul at home.
I wanted to write to you to let you know that here at Mad Cow Films we have taken steps to ensure that our team is, first & foremost, safe by closing the office last week and allowing everyone to work from home, and secondly to make sure that our offering to our clients remains one of a highly functioning, creative production unit.
Our Directors are eager to see boards, our Producers are keen to help you with creative production solutions to realise your concepts and our fantastic support staff are 'in the blocks' and ready to assist them in all areas.
Our server allows us complete access to all the usual tools at our disposal. We can budget, edit, treat & report as if we were in the office. Also our amazing CGI wizards, No Brain, are available to work on any animation projects you may have. Their post facility in Paris, Tetsuo, remains fully functioning with their team working remotely on several projects already and ready to take more on.
In the last week we have had 8 postponements from our clients and dealt with the complicated logistics that goes with these situations.
I’d like to thank them for their support in these endeavours and assure them that, when the time comes, we will be ready to quickly move to execute their projects as a priority.
I’d also like to thank our wonderful crews and suppliers who have stood shoulder to shoulder with us in these difficult times. We will support them by paying any outstanding invoices swiftly and settling accounts up to date.
So...in summary…we are here for you.
